Boots: not quite sure...I bought them in Italy (similar)
Ironically enough, the day I decided to wear this outfit happened to also be the Mean Girls 10th Anniversary. On Wednesdays we wear pink indeed! It also happened to be one of the first 80-degree days Seattle had experienced yet this spring. The weather called for something special. Lace and some polka dot chambray seemed like the right choice.
Let's chat for a moment about shift silhouettes. If you're
headed somewhere sunny and hot, this is the style for you! They're a perfect
warm-weather option because rather than cling to curves they merely skim, keeping
the feel breezy and cool. I picked this dress up from Target last year, and digging
it out of my warm-weather wardrobe box the other week was such a joy. It has a
slightly slimmer silhouette than most shifts, but is still loose enough to be
incredibly comfortable. Finishing it off with some polka dot chambray and tried-and-true
riding boots encourages a casual, Western vibe and also ensures comfort in case
the weather turns cool.
Adorable!
