One of my favorite things about Winthrop had to be the river. It was sort of mesmerizing. I now understand why Pocahontas sang a whole song about them. Ted and I didn't take any photos of the river during this particular evening in town, but we did decide to stop at the bridge over the river and snap a few photos before enjoying one of the best meals either of us have had in a very long time. Bravo delicious Italian restaurant in Twisp, WA. Bravo.

Casual comfort
~ The Outfit ~
weathered pink polo | cuffed skinny jeans | favorite anorak | shimmering gold boat shoes
menswear-style watch | delicate gold jewelry | crossbody bucket bag
~ The Facts ~
- Something about cuffed denim just screams summer to me. A few turns at the ankle and suddenly your sleek little skinnies, which usually scream "let's put on some heels and dance" are like "how about we go frolic barefoot in a park somewhere?"
- Everyone needs a pink polo in their closet. Aside from giving you something to wear on Wednesday's it's one of the easiest way to guarantee a playful, yet polished look.
- Boat shoes. I'm obsessed. This pair has seen me through a few summers and are still staying strong. waterproof, stain-resistant, crazy comfortable, they are my go-to sunny day shoes. Plus, the soft gold hue goes with nearly anything.
- You know how I feel about anoraks already, but in case you needed to be reminded just mosey on over this way.
